Through the tools of yoga, we can expand our sense of who we are (experience the self) and find oneness with the divine (which also exists within us!)

Jess was first introduced to yoga in acting school as a way to strengthen and stretch the body but she really fell in love with yoga when she realized the impact it had on the mind. With regular practice, Jess felt more peace and “in the flow”, enabling her to navigate life with more ease.

Inspired by her studies at Ishta, Jess is passionate about exploring how yoga can elevate us above the chaos of modern life. Her approach is individualistic - no one body is the same - and her hope is to guide her students experience the mental clarity and inner peace that she has found. Her classes explore both the physical and more subtle aspects of the body and include breathing techniques and meditation to help students experience the present moment.
