Hatha comes from two words in Sanskrit "ha" meaning "sun" and "tha" meaning "moon". In Hatha classes, we will find balance between these two elements, between effort and ease, strength and rest.
Hatha Yoga classes focus on the fundamentals of postures and breathwork. These classes emphasize alignment and balance, making them perfect for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their practice. Sessions are slower-paced, allowing for a mindful approach to movement.
